Unfortunately, from time to time, this happens.
We kindly request that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If the box looks damaged, please take images straight away before opening.
Then inspect your product and if it appears to be damaged, take images and send to us with your Invoice # to info@klaylife.com immediately.
This all needs to be done within 7 days of receiving your item. After this, it is very hard for us to take responsibility and your item will not be refunded or exchanged.
